Company has planned to start HR newsletter - need the initial framework

Hi All, Would really appreciate in your help in sending very good HR Newsletter in word format. My company has planned to start HR newsletter and I have been assigned to prepare a 3-4 page through newsletter. The topics which come to my mind are :
-New joinees for the month
-Birthdays
-CSR/Employee engagement activities
But these won't be sufficient material for 3-4 pages. I just need the initial framework on the basis of which I can continue further
Please help with few real HR newsletters in word format!!

So you want to fill up the HR newsletter with inputs from our end. Ok. Good. Today, I give you. What about next issue. Again, you are going to knock at the door here ? Instead, why not go to internet, read article and reproduce the same by acknowledging the author of the article as well. Which is better, giving you one fish daily or teach you how to fish ?
