In which case, suggest focus on Real-time Situations and/or Case Studies from CiteHR, rather than Articles.
Given that CiteHR is one of the Best in it's class, you are bound to find Case Studies that WOULD match your organization's short & long term needs. Like the saying goes: 'It's always wise to learn from others' mistakes, rather than waiting to experience them yourself'.
If you think this fulfills your Organizational needs, arrangements can be made to tie-up with Sid for using the material formally.

The HR newsletter of an organisation should reflect the pulse of that organisation.
I suggest you use instances of how teams facing chanllenges overcame those and were successful. This will give others an insite into team work and team building.
Today a good team is what makes the difference as such try and have real-life experiences where the team triumphed. You can have articles on how to go about building a good strong team.
Have series of articles that are continuous and cover one topic for a month or two. These should be informative articles.
Introduce games in the newsletter where teams can participate and show their skills. You can have a Chess game that progresses as teams contribute moves.
Have a section where you ask for suggestions on how the HR function should assist the organisation.
Have a section that lists out all part-time courses that could be helpful to your employees.
There are a lot of ideas which you can pick-up as time goes by.

An Employee Newsletter is one major tool to keep your employees informed, built trust, motivate employees, help employee perform better, increase floor morale, etc. Employee Newsletter should not be tagged with information about your company alone. There are lot more stuff to make it much presentable. Few suggestions are listed below.
Always choose a neat, clean layout and easy-on-the-eyes colors for the newsletter.
Use lots of images & photos throughout your newsletter, simply because a picture really is worth one thousand words.
Always accept employee comments. If can have a separate email address like .
Include leading story of your domain/company.
Press release, new clients.
Try to include "From CEO's Desk" based on the periodicity of the newsletter.
HR information like, appraisals, employee recognitions, etc.
Some motivational quotes/articles.
Welcoming new employees.
Health related tips for employees to carry on while working.
HR Humor would be an added advantage.
Even I am planning to make a new format of HR newsletter, so appreciate the members valuable inputs/comments.
