Need Help Crafting a Delegation of Authority Policy for Our Organization – Any Samples to Share?

I need to prepare a policy on delegation of authority in our organization. If anybody has any policy, please share it; that would be a great help.

Actually, I want to prepare a policy where it is mentioned who is authorized up to what extent. Mainly, all HODs and managers will have some sort of authority to sign documents, handle expenses, and make decisions. If anyone has a specific format for this, please share it.
