Hi All, I need to prepare a policy on delegation of authority in our organization. If anybody have any policy then please share it that would be great help. Thanks, Manish

Actually, I want to prepare a policy where it is mentioned who is authorized up to what extent. Mainly, all HODs and managers will have some sort of authority to sign documents, handle expenses, and make decisions. If anyone has a specific format for this, please share it.
