Compony terminated employee and didn't paid dues

Dear Seniors,
My friend was working for a FMCG company in delhi as a ASM. The company terminated him after 4 months of service and didn't paid his dues.
Please advise what steps should be taken by him.

Dear Swati,
Termination does not mean that the payment will be put on hold but it completely depends on the reason. Thus you need to specify the reason of termination then only someone can assist you with your query.

what are the dues held by the Company? for 4 Months of Service

reason mentioned on termination letter is non performance and integrity issue.
Dues (Salary, conveyance, mobile allowanvce)

Dear Miss Swati, you have been very casual in furnishing required information.you have not mentioned which month Salary is withheld? You have also not elaborated about"Integrity" issue.Nevertheless, Terminated Employee is eligible for Salary till the date of Termination based on his attendance.Similarly, Conveyance Allowance & Mobile Allowance also need to be paid till the date of Termination.Employee concerned has to make an application in writing to the Employer for releasing of pending dues.
