One of the most important aspects to consider is assessing the competencies of the interviewer. Is he/she capable of asking questions related to the competencies during the interview?

Competency Levels

Competencies are categorized into various levels from Level I (lowest) to Level V (highest). The interviewer should only ask questions on competencies for which their level is V. It is essential to have a third-party assessment of the interviewers' competencies as self-certification may not be in the organization's best interest.
