Hi, sir. Please inform me about the minimum wage notification for Uttar Pradesh dated 01 October 2017.

Dear All,
Please find attached revised rates of Uttar Pradesh Minimum wages w.e.f. 1st Oct' 2017 to 31st March' 2018 provided by a labour consultant. However, there is no official notification till now but it may be matter of discussion that can d.a. reduce or not ? Because minimum rates (D.A.) have reduced.
Please share your expert comments for clarification.

Please review the revised rate again. You have attached the file (UP Minimum Wages), and there seems to be an error. Has it decreased from the earlier wages?

Dear Sharma Ji,

Details in my attached file are provided by a reputed labor consultant. According to him, yes, it has decreased from earlier wage rates. However, I don't agree with him until it is proven through an official notification from the labor department.

That's why I am here for valuable and kind comments from you all.

Which minimum wages are uploaded on this site? I think it's wrong because everybody knows that when minimum wages are adjusted, there is usually an increase. However, in this format, we have observed a decrease in the rate.

Hi,

Please inform me about the minimum wage in Uttar Pradesh as of October 1, 2017.

I did not find any circular on the Labour Department site of Uttar Pradesh. I think this time wages rate is the same as before.
