Is the Delhi High Court's Decision on Minimum Wage Increase Still on Hold? Seeking Clarity

Hello everyone, I want to know about Delhi's latest minimum wages and whether the Delhi High Court has cleared the way for providing significantly increased minimum wages or not. Some industrialists have petitioned against the Delhi government to increase the minimum wages in a manner that many companies located in Delhi will be unable to afford at the increased rate.

Has the Delhi High Court made an announcement on this matter dated 11/09/2017, or was it postponed later? Somebody mentioned that you can continue to use the minimum wages as they were before 31st March 2017 until the High Court makes a decision on this matter.

Kindly guide me because we are currently using the old rate. Has the stay from the Delhi High Court on the minimum wage increase been lifted or not?

I heard in Delhi most of the companies are giving revised minimum wages. This comes as a relief to those industries that have filed or petitioned in the high court regarding increasing the minimum wages.

The minimum wages of Delhi should be followed at the new rate because our company has a case filed by one employee. The labor department has stated that the case hearing is not for you; it is only for the person who filed it.

Now, the Delhi minimum wages notification has been quashed by the high court. This means that employers can now decrease employee salaries according to the old minimum wages act in Delhi. Could you kindly clarify this and provide any updates on the situation?
