Struggling with Delayed Decisions at Work: What Are My Legal Rights?

dhanyavan.sarang@gmail.com
Hello, sir,

I have been working in the corporate office for the last 12 years. The company is also 14 years old. However, our company struggles to make decisions on time, especially in situations like natural calamities such as heavy rain, medical issues, or leave requests.

I am seeking advice on what actions I can take against the company or what are my legal rights in such circumstances. Please suggest a course of action.

Thank you.

Dear Dhanyavan, your management is not making timely decisions regarding giving time off to employees in case of natural calamities such as heavy rains, etc. However, your post still lacks clarity. Please confirm the exact advice you are seeking from us.

You have been with the company for the past 12 years. Therefore, over time, it was expected that you would align with the company's culture. Why then are you expressing dissatisfaction?

Job Details and Influence

What is your job title? Which department do you work in? Despite your 12 years of service, why have you not established your credibility or influence in the office?

There are several questions arising from your post. Please provide further clarification.

Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
