Hi, An employee of my organization covered under ESIC wants to claim the expenses he made for the treatment of his father (dependent). Kindly help me with the forms he is supposed to attach in the file.
What if the case is: Father was admitted to the hospital during non-working hours of the ESI dispensary in an emergency. A referral letter was applied for and received the immediate next day. Can the insured person claim for reimbursement for the first day??
