Can anyone tell me what a 360-degree appraisal system is and how it works in a corporate setting?

Hi!

In a 360-degree appraisal system, an employee's performance will be measured based on feedback/rating from:

1) Reporting Manager
2) Peers
3) Team Members (subordinates)
4) Self-Review
and, in some cases, from Customers/clients/other stakeholders.
