Can We Include Contractual Labor in ER-1 and ER-2 Forms? What's the Reason If Not?

Please tell me, can we submit contractual labor in ER-1 and ER-2? If not, then what is the reason for not adding?

Dear Satish,

Please note that every employer is supposed to follow the Employment Exchange Compulsory Notification Act of 1956 on their own. When you are inputting details of contractual labor in your ER-1 and ER-2 data, you are essentially counting those employees as regular employees. Therefore, please refrain from including details of contractual employees in ER-1 or ER-2.
