Hi,
Please confirm the state you belongs to, as of now from your status i presume that you are asking for mumbai then as per shops act for Mumbai it is 21 days per year and maximum accumulation limit is 42. 21 leaves are applicable to those associates who have worked for minimum 240 days in the last year.

As rightly answered by Umakanthan Sir it depends on the company under which it has been registered. The leave cannot be less than the prevailing law of the S&E and/or Factories Act of that state.
