In Gurgaon the minimum rates of wages are applicable as fixed by the Haryana Govt. The latest minimum rates are given by me on Forum 'Law & Legal Issues' under the heading 'Increase in Haryana Minimum Rates of wages' on dated 01.09.2009. Go through & utilize the information accordingly.
