Actual word for issuing wages/salary once in 15 days?

Hai all, Can any one define actual word for wages/salary issuing for 15 days once.

Instead of monthly disbursement of the salary, do you want to disburse fortnightly? Please confirm.
Why you have raised this query? What is the logic of disbursement of salary each fortnight or twice a month?

It could be called as bimonthly wages/salary.
