I represent a mid-sized construction company with the responsibility to advance the skills and knowledge of our existing workforce.
My company is interested in imparting training to two different personnel levels :
Top and Senior Level Operational Managers - To acquire additional skills in leadership, organizational behaviour, conflict management, managing groups and teams, effective communication, motivation, building organizational structures, dealing with change and so on.
Senior Supervisors - To enhance the skills and knowledge of existing senior supervisors and equip them to acquire managerial skills that include planning and organizing, team leadership, motivation, delegation, decision making and so on.
Companies/individuals interested to impart the above training may send in their interest with their profile and past similar experience, preferably in construction industry.

Dear Rasheed,
I am Bangalore (India) based management trainer and consultant. I conduct soft skills training on variety of subjects. The benefit of hiring my services is that you will be dealing with faculty directly. I myself conduct the training and do not outsource it further to anyone. I was the faculty for many public workshops also.
The uniqueness of my training is:
a) Very strong content
b) Focus of training on reducing the cost, especially invisible cost
c) Training is learner oriented. It will have all the modern methods of learning like case studies, games and simulations etc
d) There are few unique things in the training programmes. Few case studies or games and simulations, I have developed on my own and you will not get them at any website or book.
e) I have been conducting training for the years together. Today, my training is far improved because of the feedback from the participants over a period of time.
Training on Leadership and Motivation: - I have conducted this training programme for several industries including construction industry as well. You may click here to refer the training brochure.
For your convenience, I have attached my training brochures to this post. For further details, feel free to contact me.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
