Case Study on Business Issues - operations, HR, Training

Dear members,
I have designed a case study on business issue that is applicable for operations, HR, Training etc. It is attached to this post. Those who are unable to download, they may click here to download it.
On going through the case study, we may have discussion on the following task (as applicable to you):
a) Imagine that you are owner of HR consulting organisation. Which HR intervention would you recommend and why? Can you submit action plan on how your HR intervention will reduce operational turnaround time and the inventory at various stages?
b) Imagine that you are owner of a company that provides employee training. Which employee training would you recommend and why? Can you submit action plan on how your training efforts will reduce operational turnaround time and the inventory at various stages?
c) Imagine that you are owner of a company that provides consulting on manufacturing operations. What changes in operations would you recommend and why? How these will reduce operational turnaround time and the inventory at various stages?
