Organising the lunch for the section of your employees is internal matter of your company. We the members of this forum are outsiders and we do not know the context. Therefore, it will be difficult for us to provide the draft. You may prepare the draft covering the following points:
a) Why the lunch is organised, where it is organised, when it is organised, what is the timing?
b) Who is the organiser? Will there be any transportation arrangement? If yes, then what type of arrangement it is?
c) Has the lunch been arranged in honour of someone? Will there be welcome speech by someone?
d) Will few team members continue to work at office? Will they have special responsibility?
e) Taking lunch outside is always time-consuming. Therefore, how the productivity loss will be compensated?
f) Who is funding the lunch? Will participating members pay contribution either fully or partially?
g) Will it be a la carte or buffet? If former, will you ask for diet preference like veg or non-veg?
