Should I Email the Monthly Training Schedule to Trainees Too? Seeking Advice from HR Peers

I am working as an HR Executive in an automobile company. I prepare the monthly training schedule after discussing with the trainer and HODs, and share it with the trainer through email. Should I also share the monthly training schedule with the trainees via email?

Yes, the timely issuance of a circular on the training programme helps the HODs and trainees to prepare themselves. Therefore, kindly issue the training programme calendar to all, including the trainer, HODs, and trainees at the same time. For HODs, timely information assists them in planning their operations accordingly.
