Best for my career growth - HR assistant or co ordinator with admin?

Hi, My question is simple i have 1 experience in HR assistant at automobile industry in Chennai my salary is too low 10000 per month there is no deduction of PF and ESI still my salary is by hand. I got new offer in another reputed company in Chennai as a co ordinator with admin next week is join date do you think this job is help full for me or not? Here I'll get a salary increase to 19000. Comparatively from my current company it is 9000 increase. please post your suggestion as soon as you can. i'm getting confuse my new company ill join or not.

The salary is too attractive to refuse. But also consider the job content which should egually be career growth oriented which I presume so since the job is in reputed company.
