Site Worker Passed Away Without Proof of Address or Nominee: What Should We Do First?

I need help. One of my colleagues, a site worker, passed away after being sick in the hospital. They did not have any proof of address or a nominee.

Please suggest what should be done first.

How can you not have his address? Surely details were taken during recruitment and when ESIC and PF registration were done for him. Plus, some of the coworkers would know his address.

Thank you for the response. In some rural and fully remote areas, tribal workers do not have any identity proofs. However, in order to complete the project quickly, they have hired the workers on a daily wage basis.

I am concerned about how they can employ laborers without any identity or address proofs.
