Where to file the complaint against the HR department for delaying reply?

My HR department never gives timely replies to emails. Sometimes, they do not even pick up the phone calls.

Which department do you work in? What is your designation? What kind of correspondence do you have with the HR Department?

I recommend discussing this issue with the General Manager of your company. Explain to him how the delayed replies from HR impact your productivity. Explore the possibility of eliminating correspondence with HR.

Dear Vaibhavi,

As per the amendment to the Industrial Disputes Act, every company is required to set up a Grievance Redressal committee to address the problems of the employees of the organization. However, as you are a team leader, you can refer to your staff manual, which may have provisions for grievance redressal to higher authorities. It is advisable to approach through the proper channel as per the rules.

Dear Vaibhavi, you must have already informed your Operations Head, have you? If not, please first approach your Ops Head regarding this matter.

Please speak directly to the HR head as he is obligated to listen to you. If he does not address your concerns, escalate the issue to your Centre Head. If you still do not receive assistance, then involve the CEO.

It is advisable not to directly contact the CEO. Proceed step by step and await responses. This approach may lead to a resolution.
