I work in an private organisation, having pf and uan no. Under west bengal kolkata headoffice. As per the rule of pf i am not getting any updates or sms of what is the deposited in the pf and pension account, but i am not getting any alert.
On enquiry with pf customer care they told me that this pf no. Deposited under a trust and we cannot disclose the amount and cannot help you regarding this matter. And the company hr is also not helping in this matter. I suspect something is wrong and not going well. Can someone help me explaining this.

Whether trust or no trust you must get alerts. You may formally write letter to local PF office about the matter.

If it Is being deposited under private trust, the EPFO will not have any information on the same. Information will come to them only once a year when the file their annual return. However, the PF trust is required to provide you with quarterly statement of amounts credited and interest. You need to speak to the senior management of the company to ensure that you get details of the same.
If, in spite of the request, you do not get the information on quarterly basis, you can file a complaint with the regional provident fund commissioner who will then investigate and maybe cancel the approval of the fund.
However, I hope you realise that as soon as you file a complaint, you are likely to lose your job. The management is not going to take kindly to the fact that you have complained
