Dinesh Divekar
Dear Kumudini,
I am Bangalore (India) based management trainer and consultant. I conduct soft skills training on variety of subjects. The benefit of hiring my services is that you will be dealing with faculty directly. I myself conduct the training and do not outsource it further to anyone. I was the faculty for many public workshops also.
The uniqueness of my training is:
a) Very strong content
b) Focus of training on reducing the cost, especially invisible cost
c) Training is learner oriented. It will have all the modern methods of learning like case studies, games and simulations etc
d) There are few unique things in the training programmes. Few case studies or games and simulations, I have developed on my own and you will not get them at any website or book.
e) I have been conducting training for the years together. Today, my training is far improved because of the feedback from the participants over a period of time.
My Approach toward Training on Decision Making Skills: - Participants will be given excellent simulation that brings out the mental blocks that inhibits their decision making process. On the second day, they will be given a test that will bring out their suitability for the decision taking.
My Approach toward Training on Goal Setting: - My training will go beyond routine SMART goals. The goals that participants set, should fulfil the requirements of the business. Therefore, which goals to set is also important. Since I provide consulting on Performance Management System (PMS), I will help each participant to set a measure that deserved to be measured most.
My Approach toward Training on Stress Management: - Causes of stress are two-fold. First one arising out of lack of organised way of working. However, mere personal discipline is not sufficient. Stressors also originate because of the structure of the organisation or the way things are handles. Both need to be handled judiciously to overcome the stress. Participants will be given exhaustive list from where they can identify the causes of their stress.
For your convenience, I have attached my training brochures to this post. For further details, feel free to contact me.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
