Do We Need Both a Group Personal Accident Policy and Employee Compensation Act Coverage?

Dear Friend,

Do we need to take a policy under the Employee Compensation Act of 1923 if we have a Group Personal Accident Policy? If yes, then why, and if no, then why not? Can somebody send me a comparison of both? It is urgent.

Group personal accident policy does not cover liabilities under the Employee Compensation Act. As such, take out a general insurance policy specifically under the Employee Compensation Act.
