Group Personal Accident policy vs Employee compensation policy 1923

Dear Friend,
Do we need to take Policy under Employee compensation Act , 1923 if we have Group Personal Accident Policy. Yes then why and if no then why. Can somebody send me comparison of both.

Group personal accident policy does not cover liabilities under Employee Compensation Act, as such take general insurance policy under Employee Compensation Act only.
