Dear Suresh, the challenges you are facing are due to two reasons. First, there is a lack of market research before starting your business. Second, there is an inability to prepare a business plan. Please note that this plan is for our own purposes and is different from the one we submit to the bank to get a loan.

As far as getting the right people is concerned, not being able to find them is a challenge that most Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) face. Every candidate wishes to work for a branded company, and those who do not get a chance to do so end up working for non-branded companies. However, every company has to pass through this phase.
