I want to deduct the minimum amount of PF in my company's payroll, and my CTC per month is Rs. 38,300. Please provide me with a breakup as per PF and labor laws.
Please find applicable minimum wages (comprising of basic salary and VDA) for your industry. You can maintain the same basic+VDA depending on the designation/nature of work. Accordingly, PF deductions can be made on minimum wages.
