Upon resignation - do i receive the pf contribution from both side?

Hi, I have joined a company 31st January 2017. I got my pay slip for the month of January. Now if i left my job after completing June this year, do i receive pf from both side or only my side deductions?

As you have not completed 6 months with the organisation, thus you will receive only your amount of contribution.

ok, i got that but my doubt is that pf deductions is done for january and i have pay slip.
so according to it jan. will also be considered as financial month so from jan to june it will be 6 months.
or i have work till 31st of july for both side pf.

Hi,
Your DOJ and DOL also be consider for tenure you have spent with the organisation. Thus if you want to take both benefit you need to work for more than 6 months.
