Dear Luong, Employee training is conducted to bring about organizational change. In many companies, although employee training is conducted, the effects are not visible or tangible because the focus is on the individual and not on the organization. Occasionally, there are cases wherein although an individual was changed, organizational change could not be brought about. Therefore, while designing the training manual, you must keep this fact in mind.
Training Manual Components
The training manual describes the process for conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), preparation of the training calendar, and execution of the training programs. The most important part of proper TNA is crucial because if TNA were to go wrong, training efforts could be in vain.
