Please help me out with some queries related to ESIC:
1. What is the limit of contribution for receiving general treatment by an individual (employee) and their dependents?
2. What is the limit of contribution for receiving treatment for critical diseases by an individual (employee) and their dependents?
3. If an employer fails to pay ESIC contributions, can the user still avail of the facility?
4. What is the maximum limit of the number of days' wages an employee can receive in case of absence from work due to illness, and what percentage is applicable (50% of wages or more)?
