However, a sign of a well-developed personality does not mean good communication skills alone. Yes, communication plays a major role in one's personality, but it is just one part of it. Personality is defined as the complex of all the attributes—behavioral, temperamental, emotional, and mental—that characterize a unique individual. How a manager handles a situation professionally shows whether the manager's personality is developed or not. Sometimes managers face critical situations. How they handle these situations speaks of their personality.

In the business context, mere personality development of the employees is not sufficient. Personality development should translate into business development as well. Otherwise, what is the use of that personality that does not develop business?

For human development, guidance and feedback play a major role. After training the employees, who will give them feedback at the time of implementation of learning?
