Sudden Job Termination Without Notice: How Can I Escalate This Issue?

My employer told me to discontinue from the job without notice. How should I escalate this matter?

My employer put forward a condition to finish the task within 15 days, which was highly impossible, or 50% of my salary would be put on hold. Ultimately, I had to leave the company, and now they are not paying my salary. They always say they are doing some audit. This is a new startup company, and there is nothing such audit had to be made because I was never dealing with any accounts.

Please suggest, or can you give me labor court contact details?
