Apprentice - procedure / rule / condition to work with company?

I want to know that, what is Apprentice ? And, how to work with company? It means what is the procedure / rule / condition to work with company.
Please help me.

What is the nature of your query? Do you want to employ apprentices in your company or you want to be apprentice in some company? Please clarify.
