How Our Team Fund Tracker Can Help HR Professionals Boost Team Building Activities

In our company, we have started a new practice where a certain fund is given to each team on a monthly basis as Team Fund. The team can either use it in that particular month or accumulate it for a bigger activity in the future. They are supposed to use this fund for team-building exercises and activities.

To keep track of this, we have developed a Team Fund Tracker, which I am posting here. I hope this will also be useful to other HR professionals.

We have a quarterly-based team fund that does not accumulate for the next quarter. The Excel sheet was helpful, but it could be simplified in a much easier way... 💡
