Dear Seniors,
Please clarify my doubts regarding EPF calculations.
Case a)
An employee with first-time employment whose EPF wages (Basic+DA) are more than 15,000. Shall I be covered under EPF? If yes, why? I need a supporting document or statement.
Case b)
An employee with existing membership of EPF, who joined a new company with EPF wages exceeding 15,000. Shall I be covered under EPF? If yes, why? I need a supporting document or statement.
Case c)
An employee with a withdrawn account due to non-employment for 3 months, withdrew money from the EPFO, and joined a new company with EPF wages exceeding 15,000. Shall I be covered under EPF? If yes, why? I need a supporting document or statement.
I would appreciate an update on the above doubts with relevant proofs.
Look forward,
Kishore Tholana
