Dear Seniors,
Please do clarify my below doubts with regards to EPF Calculations.

Case b) An employee with existing membership of EPF, joined in a new company who's EPF wages crossed more than 15000, shall i cover under EPF? if yes, why? and i need a supported document or statement
Case c) An employee with withdrawn account, due to non employment for 3 months hence, the money withdrawn from the EPFO and joined in a new company with more than 15000 of EPF wages. Shall i cover under EPF? if yes, why? and i need a supported document or statement

You seem to be unaware of PF related formalities when new employee joins. You have to ask new employee to fill up Form 11. Based on the information take decision. Please do not post hypothetical questions.

I believe you didn't understand my question. Well i do aware of the Form-11, this is for your information. My question is with regards to the above 3 cases and i need to substantiate with relevant proofs to my auditors ( like: EPF wage enhancement from 6500 to 15k) A similar notification that describes the procedure to be followed. Here in the case, it doesn't mean that i don't know the process, but i am in need of support to the statement with a relevant proofs, where my auditors obliges.
Look forward for a suitable solutions, rather to deviate the topic. Thanks for your contributions Mr. Shrikant.

Dear Mr Kishore,
1.you need not cover an Employee with no previous EPF Membership under EPF Whose entry EPF Wages is more than the ceiling of Rs15,000/- But Please note that EPF is a beneficial Legislation & there is no harm in covering him under EPF atleast till ceiling i.e Rs15,000/- What is your Company Policy?
2. Once covered under EPF, Member will continue to remain Member, till he withdraws his PF Accumulations.Even if EPF Covered Employee, EPF Wages increases beyond the ceiling i.e Rs15,000/- contributions to be paid. There is no harm in paying on actual EPF Wages
3.For your question No 3, Please refer to reply furnished in Sl # 1
But Employer has to obtain EPF Form # 11 (new) & act according to the information furnished therein as pointed by Honoured member Mr Srikant
Further, it is surprising that your Auditors are not aware of the EPF Act.EPF Wage Ceiling increased to Rs15,000/- from September-2014.
