Further Clarification On Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act 2017

Friends,
Vide further clarification issued on 8.5.2017 Govt has clarified that it is mandatory on the part of employers to extend the benefit of enhanced maternity leave to those women workers who were already on maternity leave on 1.4.2017 being the date of enforcement of the Amendment Act.
