Hi All, We have employees deputed to various organizations. In one such organization, there was an employee who was terminated on account of a security breach. He was not given any relieving letter or experience letter.
However, now an ex-employment verification for the same employee has been requested. It was shocking to find that the relieving letter being attached by them is fake, from the logo to the employer's signature, and it is evident.
How to proceed with further procedures?
Should we talk to the previous employee regarding this? What legal steps should be taken?
Thanks in Advance
