Assistance In Intrensic Vs Extrensic Motivation

Hello Everyone.
We want to work on a project on bringing intrinsic motivational culture within the organization. ours is a KPO with 500 employees.
We would appreciate if someone working on similar project can help us with this in terms of how to take the project ahead.

Before taking this project you need to identify how many employees are intrinsically motivated and how many extrinsically. What if the person gets motivated by extrinsic factors but culure is for intrinsic motivation then will he get demotivated? This mismatch between individual's personality and organisation's culture, will it lead to attrition? You need to do this risk assessment.
