How Do You Capture Employee Dreams and Goals in a Report for Management?

Request for Employee Insights Report Format

My company is excellent at knowing the basic details of every employee working in the organization. My reporting boss, the CEO, is keen to understand the likes, dislikes, interests, motives towards the company, future plans, growth, and dreams of all employees. I kindly request suggestions on how to prepare this report. Any specific format for recording such data would be helpful.

I prefer not to do it online, so please suggest a draft that I can fill out to present to management.

Conducting Employee Satisfaction Surveys (ESS) is one of the powerful tools of Organizational Development (OD). The survey report provides insight to the organization about employees' perceptions of the organization. Upon receiving the survey report, you can fine-tune your HR policies accordingly.
