I am an HR in an event management company. We are also into trade magazine publication. I have a query related to designations. The current hierarchy we follow in event sales is:
1. Project Head
2. Project Manager
3. Deputy Project Manager
4. Senior Sales Manager
5. Sales Manager
6. Project Executive
7. Sales Assistant
For Publication Sales, we are also following the same hierarchy. However, we want to make a change since it's not a project but a magazine. We are considering changing "Deputy Project Manager" to "Deputy Manager-Ad Sales." I am not sure if this change is correct. Please suggest.
