I am working on creating a recruitment source database for a retail company in bangalore. The company wants to hire part timers for sales jobs at their retail stores. So, I am targeting students from evening colleges, ITIs, polytechnics, training centers, NGOs etc. The company is targeting financially backward candidates since the position is entry level job and part time.
They have a morning slot from 10-3 pm and evening slot from 4-8 pm i think. So, I need to target students or any graduates who will be available during these timings. How can i get the list of colleges where these students will be studying or such sources from the internet? How to get the students from these colleges interested in working part time at a retail store for a salary lower than 10,000 per month? Communication skills are required for these jobs. The company is also observed that most of the sales people leave the organization after 3 months to join BPOs or the nearest competitor. So, how to convince these candidates to come work for a low paying sales job?

I am stuck in the development of this database since most of these colleges dont have an online presence and i cant even find their phone no: online. Please guide me on how to go about in developing such a database in excel?
