Induction And Socialization

a am a student and would like to know how induction and socialization is carried out in various Japanese companies. How much importance do they give to induction and how induction of MANAGERS is being carried out.

Induction and socialisation are not same.
Orientation or Induction is an important part of the process of socialisation of a new organizational member or employee.
Socialisation is a process of adaptation by which employees are able to understand the basic values, norms and customs for becoming the accpeted members of the organization and assuming organizational roles.
