Can anybody make available the minimum wage original government official signed notification for shops and commercial establishments in Maharashtra, excluding the rates of special allowance.
Please contact the respective Labour Department. What do you mean by "original Government Official Signed"? What do you mean by "not the rates of Special Allowance"?
I have special allowance details declared by the labor department dated 4/2/2017. I want the basic minimum wages notification for shop and commercial establishments for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labor employees in various zones declared by the labor department. I think this notification was published in 2014. If anybody has a copy, please share.
