How Can a Nepalese Employee Get PAN and Aadhaar for PF Settlement in India?

Dear All, can someone tell me that in my concern (a jewelry shop), there were more than 5,000 employees working in Chennai? The employee who had been working in this concern for more than 3 years has decided to resign. He is from Nepal. He wants to apply for PF settlement. For the PF settlement procedure, he needs to provide ID proof like a PAN Card and Aadhaar Card.

As he belongs to another country, how can he obtain the PAN Card and Aadhaar Card for proof?

Could you please help in this urgent case?

If the establishment has shown them as a foreign employee and deposited the whole 12% of the employer's share in account number 1, then there should not be any problem. The employee can obtain a Certificate of Coverage (COC) and proceed with the settlement using the COC certificate. All verifications are completed at the COC stage itself.

In your post, you mentioned the boundary of Nepal, which implies it will be either in India or Nepal. If he is a Nepal resident, the establishment should send the IW status to RPFC, and the necessary documents are to be sent to RPFC. As there is no SSA with Nepal, the member cannot withdraw the EPF amount until the retirement age of 58.
