In the case of non-functional units, the monthly minimum charge will be Rs. 75. There will be no charges under EDLI. So, there are no charges for EDLI, which means 0.5% of EDLI does not need to be paid. Additionally, establishment charges have been reduced from 0.85% to 0.65%.

Thank you!

Can anyone clarify whether EDLI charges (0.5%) and its admin charges (0.01%) are both removed, or only the EDLI admin charges (0.01%) are removed?
Srinath Sai Ram
Only EDLI Admin charges, which are at 0.01% or a minimum of Rs 200, whichever is higher, are not payable from 01-04-2017. What is payable from 01-04-2017 are as follows:

A/C # 1, 2, 10 & 21.

Dear Mr. Gaurav,

This is the final notification and will be effective from the salary for April 2017 onwards. As far as the EDLI Admin charge is concerned, it is temporary.

Dear Team,

As per our earlier discussion, the PF admin charges will be 13.16%. Please advise whether we should make the payment to A/c No. 22. If not, the PF admin charges will be 13.15%.

Your prompt response is appreciated.
