How to update Form II in the Contract Labour Act and which forms we will use to engage contract labour in the company.

As per Haryana Contract Labour (R&A) Rules, 1975, Form 2 is the Certificate of Registration. If you want to update or amend the RC, you are required to provide intimation of such change under Rule 18(iv) of these Rules to the Registering Officer along with any required fee. Currently, you need to update the RC using the online method by logging in with your email and password on the web portal of the Haryana Labour Department.
