Need Help Writing a Letter to Get a Work Completion Certificate from Employer?

Myself is working in a reputed company. Now, we have finished our work. We have to give an application to the labor office for the withdrawal of the labor license which we received from the labor commissioner.

We need your help in writing a letter to the principal employer to obtain a work completion certificate.

License Completion and Renewal Process

Against Form 5 of PE, you have obtained the license in which the work period is mentioned. Now, the contractor is expressing that the work is finished, not the principal who has issued Form 5. Just ask the principal to issue a completion against Form 5 and treat the same as canceled. That would be enough for the contractor to surrender his license.

However, as the license fees are paid for a year, the contractor may keep his license valid, and a valid license renewal is also easier compared to obtaining a fresh license.
