Time To Replace Members Of Internal Committee Under Sexual Harassment Law

pca
Friends,
Section 4(3) of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act reads as under:
"The Presiding Officer and every Member of the Internal Committee shall hold office for such period, not exceeding three years, from the
date of their nomination as may be specified by the employer."
Organisations which had formed the Committee by February 2014 need to replace the members of the committee looking to above provision.
Thanks
