Hiring a Founder: What Essential Documents Should I Request Before Sending an Offer?

What documents should I collect before sending an offer letter to a founder of a company? Asking for salary slips or an offer letter does not make sense. Please suggest.

If you are offering a job to a candidate who was the founder of some company in the past, then you should consider the designation that you will offer to him. Check his education qualification certificates and employment certificates before he founded the company. Above all, if possible, ask him to submit the IT returns of his company as well as in his individual capacity.
