How Do I Manage Performance for Employees at Client Sites with Strict Pricing Models?

Dear All,

I am new to HR. I am handling a big group of employees who are working at the client location. This project is completely managed by the client. All the attendance, processes, and deliverables are owned by the client. My organization is managing the performance, benefits, and payroll for these employees. The client has a very stringent pricing model where the employee's appraisal costs have to be borne by us. Can you please suggest the best performance management model to handle this scenario?

Dear Vignesh,

The information provided is too inadequate. To design a PMS, one needs to study the systems and processes of each department, understand who the internal/external customers are, and, above all, identify the costs associated with each department. For this, you need to hire a consultant.
